Title / Set title to window title #54

Add "title" option to config.js and set title of window from there.

{
"title" : "My funky score"
}
--> window title:
"My funky score - Motion Bank"

Upon opening of a set add set title to window title. "A creazy set - My funky score - Motion Bank"
