Support for despeckle filter needed #1372

Hi there, I'm actually using a Raspberry Pi 3 B with a Pi Camera V1.3 as MMAL device. When it's dark in my room, camera produce a lot of noise that despeckle filter could trim. That noise triggers Motion and start a new movie. Every time I'm back to home I found tens of garbage videos like this one. Sadly, MotionEye doesn't support this option (yet) and the only one workaround is to set it as Motion Extra option. Could you seriously consider to implement something? Thanks. Already implemented, I didn't see that in time to avoid to open this issue. Thanks devs!
