"frame rate dimmer" and "resolution dimmer" #2489

What do these do? Are they perhaps translated oddly from a non English language?

I think the tooltips (hover over the adjanced ? icon) are pretty descriptive. Maybe the word "dimmer"/"dim" might be a bit funny in this context, but I can't think of any better word for it right now. I'm not a native English speaker myself, though. Also the scale might not be the most descriptive (it lacks percentage sign, since the scale is "percentage of the nominal/original").

You'll easily see what the resolution dimmer does by setting it really low and observing the streamed video quality. The frame rate dimmer does the same for the streamed frame rate. Both affect only the GUI, not the saved video/pictures.

So I guess in the tooltips dims just means reduces or maybe adjusts. And for the labels dimmer could be left out altogether, especially if a % sign was present somewhere to make sense of the scale.
