Raspberry Pi Camera Poor Video Quality #2948

I'm running a RPi 5 with a RPi noir v2 camera. The software stack is Bookworm, motionEye 0.43.1b1 and Motion 4.6.0. While I can add the RPi camera the quality is really bad (see attached). If I run this command separately the resulting image is much clearer:

libcamera-still --tuning-file /usr/share/libcamera/ipa/rpi/pisp/imx219_noir.json -o test.jpg

There doesn't seem to be a way of specifying a tuning profile in motioneye so I'm at a loss now as to how to rectify this. It's taken an awful lot of effort to get this far and it feels like this is the last hurdle, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks! motioneye Libcamera-still with tuning
