mobotix S14 unable to open video device #3044

It works with: motionEye Version | 0.42.1 Motion Version | 4.3.2 OS Version | Debian 11

It's not works with: motionEye Version | 0.43.1b2 Motion Version | 4.6.0 OS Version | Debian 12

Same url: http://192.168.0.199/cgi-bin/image.jpg?camera=left&quality=100 Same user and password.

I have the same issue with motioneye running in a docker container on ubuntu. I have daluha cmaeras and i tried so many things it just cant seem to b working. It works properly in vlc and on the cameras website just not in motioneye.
