Everything was working fine. I changed the value Minimum Motion Frames. After I took the value, I saw only a picture with a crossed out camera and no live stream. After I deleted the camera I had made the change to, I was able to watch a livestream again. If I change the settings "Minimum Motion Frames" on another camera, no livestream is possible again.

Now I have the same Problem when I try to configurate a Network share. I can't test the share an when I apply I don't see any stream. I know the Network share is working. I used the same Settings before.
