Preliminary Docs

I confirm that I have skimmed the CONTRIBUTING guide before opening this issue.

I confirm that I have skimmed the FAQ before opening this issue.

motionEyeOS Version

I am running motionEyeOS version: 0.40/20190427 with 256Mb GPU mem.

Board Model

I am using the following board/model: Raspberry PI 3B+.

Camera

I am using the following type of camera: Network Camera. My camera model is: SV-B06W-1080P-HX and SV-B06W-720P-HX.

Network Connection

My motionEyeOS unit is connected to the network via: Wired and 5Gz Wifi.

Actual Issue:

Motioneye is doing this thing where it 'bake's the image and makes it just a technicolor mess.

rJCBnFe

Restarting the device seems to solve the issue, and I know its not a problem with the cameras because I check their direct feed and its fine. I have them on an automatic restart and it flushes them everynight. I've had this problem for a few months now and I don't know what to do.

This looks like a motion software issue. Try running motion software in the foreground without motionEye and see if you still get the same problem. Read https://github.com/ccrisan/motioneyeos/wiki/Report-Motion-Issue
