Blurry snapshots. #2289

Hello, I have a lot of problems with motion-triggered images. (it seems about 15% looks like in the attachment).

And another problem that stream looks like on screenshots, but snapshots are normal besides that's above. motioneye

Is this a custom compile version? Have you tried using a current pre-compiled version? https://github.com/ccrisan/motioneye/wiki/Install-On-Ubuntu I use the pre-compiled binary for 4.2.2 motion on both Ubuntu 18.04 and Raspbian.Buster I know it works for 18.04 for both a Physical PC and a Virtualbox VM as the Hub.
