What are the hardware specs of your Tiny PC? The CPU on a Pi4 is CPU – Broadcom BCM2711, Quad core Cortex-A72 (ARM v8) 64-bit SoC @ 1.5GHz.

The Tiny PC app is running in BlueStacks on a Windows 10 pc - i7-8700k so i guess there's no comparison. I will never get the frame rates i'm looking for from the raspberry pi. I think i'll give up and go for a standard cctv installation with poe camera's and nvr. Thanks
