Preliminary Docs

I confirm that I have read the CONTRIBUTING guide before opening this issue.

I confirm that I have read the FAQ before opening this issue.

motionEyeOS Version

Board Model

Raspberry PI 3B

Camera

I am using the following type of camera: network camera My camera model is: Reolink RLC 410 5MP

Network Connection

My motionEyeOS unit is connected to the network via: ethernet. The topology is: 1 wireless Wifi router to use later with wifi camera. 2 switches with motioneyeos on seperate VLAN. 1 switch use RSTP as spanning tree protocol.

The camera is connected via ethernet.

My problem is that I only receive 10FPS/31FPS and this make the streaming useless due to it is blurry on movement. If I stream directly through the camera it is perfect but in motioneyeOS it is blurry and lagging.

I use 800x600 and 25FPS in the config. I have tried to use both higher and lower resolution but I am not happy. I have read and tried both using the main and sub stream and also added a new user to the camera, it was someone who told me to try this in another RTSP problem link.

Any ideas?

I have also made the ping and trace route. Result is: Less then 1ms to both camera and OS. about 2ms to the router.

Ok I finally manage to solve it... By disconnecting my raspberry, replaced by surveillance station instead.
