cannot access any email from any email account can only see preview once email is clicked it goes to white screen #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on email
2. select any email
3. it goes to a white screen and then nothing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i cannot open any email only preview

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.4 kingdom synergy latest release
