What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using browser 
2. removing or modifying apps force close 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to use and browse without issues to manage apps without fc apps Browser has 
been a huge issue with the rom tho its one of the most important apps the new 
issue with apps trying to uninstall them

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Htc evo 003 nightly 7/17

i tried turning plug ins to on demand as suggested by others but still getting 
browser fc

I did too I even disable it at all still doesn't work at least this used to 
work on previous versions now its just worse waiting patiently for a fix I 
don't see any report in the past 50 hours
