What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on your WIFI, make sure it is working, and your connected to router.
2. Open your Market on your EVO, search for any app and try to install it, it
will state there is an error with the file.
3. Under 3g this works perfect, does not cause any issues. I even tried to
clear the cache under the App manager for Market.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
App should start download/install.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8-11 Rom clean fresh install using RA recovery to install it. No extra apps
installed at this moment.
