Unhandled Type "Connect" on Chat Sample server shutdown. #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start two client instances, start server; connect with both clients.
2. Stop/Shutdown the server.
3. Restart the server and attempt to connect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that both or all clients reconnect.  Current output is that 
one or more clients fails to reconnect; loops through reconnecting while server 
outputs "Unhandled type: Reconnect".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
