Actural flash cartridge? #40

was just wondering. could you create an actual flash cartridge, that could load say a .PSV off SD and implement CMD56 to authenticate with an unmodified vita ..? and then like .. play the game? (could also be useful for "reproduction" cartridges, i guess)

not possible with .PSV as the 'key1' and 'key2' provided are the result of sha256 hash of some data from packet18 and packet20
