Hi @motschel123

Congratulations for this very nice plugin! If you want, I adapted it to my needs by adding some functionality. I let you decide if it's in line with your ideas for this plugin, and if it is, then why not merge it 😁

This PR adds a clickable link that opens the corresponding entry in Mac Contacts app. This way we can quickly do modifications if needed (without having to open the app and search) and then sync again.
