[bug][p1] To add fallback selection for iron-selector #98

Description

Sometimes, calendar is not rendered as expected. This was due to no selected value from the iron-selector and rendered it to be undefined.

Expected outcome

A calendar renders when the datepicker initialized.

Actual outcome

No calendar is shown.
