motus calc_motu: -p ignored if -A given #79

Hi Alessio,

I just noticed that NCBI tax IDs are missing from the mOTUs output if both -p and -A are supplied as options. Used individually, everything works as expected.

Hi @sjaenick,

Yes that is correct. I implemented the -A to adress #21 and #27. So it was not design to have also the NCBI ID. We can also add this, but it's probably similar to the result of the -C option (link). As a note, with the -C option the meta- and ext-mOTUs are dropped.
