Missing full stops in certain parts of dg #11

Bottom two bullet points as seen above are missing full stops. Multiple other places as well but only this instance reported.

Hi, thanks for pointing out the missing full stops. However, as this does not hinder the reader, we will flag this as NotInScope.

Reason for disagreement: I do not agree that the missing fullstops do not hinder the reader. A reader reading this section may think the last two bullet points belong to the same sentence and be very confused.
