Fix unrealistic dynamic viscosity #12

Dynamic viscosity is unrealistically large due to the length scale and the velocity of jitter. Rescaling needed.

This was not due to velocity of jitter but to velocity of flow. mu is still on the high side (1000), but some referencing needed to fully address....
