Misleading stats in plots #35

While the stats in the plots appear to refer to the velocity/speed of agents, it is actually the avg. velocity/speed of the fluid. This needs to change. A simple edit to __calc_basic_stats will suffice. Consider reporting the average fluid velocity as well.
