Add autolink parent identifiers option to metis linkers

Adds a top-level toggle to metis loaders which controls whether parent identifiers get automatically created.

Also touches:

• magma update route to add the autolink param & remove previous code that would always block this path
• etna PickBucket component to be able to remove its label via explicitly setting label={null}
• corrects a bug in the update pagination to send the dry_run and autolink inputs through

  • [x] metis_linker (that pushes through this autolink bit + dry_run from the "commit"-toggle
  • [x] that magma update pagination etna-py passes the autolink + dry_run settings with each update
