Update model_name to link_model_name #252

This will allow Timur to adapt with non-breaking changes to Magma. It renames model_name to link_model_name.

model_name will be removed from Magma once this PR is merged.

I think the overall functionality of this will work. The name model_name is in this codebase much more though, should this be updated everywhere else to be "correct"?
