This PR anchors the map so that it does not animate and re-orient on every click.

Changes are:

The project is always centered at the top of the graphic.
Clicking on a node changes the Model Report on the right-hand side, but does not re-orient the graphic.
The selected node (whose attributes appear in the Model Report) has a different fill color and a thicker stroke to distinguish it from the non-selected nodes.
ForeignKey attributes now appear as Parent in the Model Report (this is the reported attribute_type from Magma).

Re-doing the layout looks much cleaner in @graft 's version of this, so closing this PR.
