The unselectable columns (top two indented ones in the screenshot) have a slightly different coloring than the selectable attributes (the last two). To my eyes, this is a pretty subtle difference and hard to tell at first glance that they behave differently. Should we try to make a stronger differentiation?
An alternate idea might be to just not show the unselectable columns in the modal? It may be confusing when you check and uncheck "All" that those don't change state, and leaving them out might be simpler?
