I cant stream any video file #217

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
Every video file I try tto stream, streams with some grey thing and i cant 
watch the movie (see attached file)
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?

3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
Navi-X-v36_8
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
Windows 8 32 bit, XBMC
6. Please provide any additional information below:
already tried changig to another video and changing quality, its the same
