Stuck on Please Wait

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
When I try to load the navi-x media portal on xbmc I just get 'please wait'
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
Reloading the program. 
3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see folders like 'most viewed' and instead I just get the 'please 
wait' page.
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
3.7.7
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
xbmc 12.2 Frodo on Windows 7

3.7.8 has same issue just please wait might need updated or new portal
