Docker/Singularity container version update on quay.io #20

Hi!

We have been using both T1K and TRUST4 with much pleasure. They are both great and easy-to-use tools to work with. I would like to use the latest T1K docker image to use within singularity. I was wondering if you could update the version available on https://quay.io/repository/loukas_moutsianas/t1k?tab=tags&tag=latest to the latest version?

We have tried installing conda+T1K within a singularity image, which also works decently. However, only if we enter the container directly with shell instead of running it as run or exec, so automating it in a bash script is a bit harder.

Kind regards,

Serge

Thank you for using T1K and TRUST4! I did not create that docker image, so I guess you need to contact loukas_moutsianas for that?

My apologies, I probably saw the link floating around here somewhere with the assumption that it was made by you. I will try to reach out to the repository owner. Thanks for your quick help!
