Not a fan of Elixir, they're not very comfortable to play on for me personally. My first choice is Martin SP Marquis 12. Also really like the playability of DR Sunbream, but they break often so I stopped using them.
If you're asking about something other than acoustic guitar strings, I have no idea — never used it. :)
