Timing indicator on toots can show minus durations #32

Both community activity and global activity show timing indicators of "in xxx hours" for toots not long past submission. A TZ awry? My octodon.social account has no such indicators.

octodon.social may work from a varying point in mastodon git history than oulipo is on. As for timing indicator bugs, I'm using #7
