Add missing strings. #40

Our JS Oulipo locality is missing a bunch of strings, so it's spitting out warnings and using a fallback:

I think mastodon's main branch may contain additional JS locality strings, too. I can't find this pictograph-finding string:

that pictograph-finding string may originally import from 3rd party javascript coding.
