This may be a Forge-VTT related issue.
When resetting the images in LIb Themer the filepath given adds in additional data which is unnecessary and causes an error as the film cannot be found.
Rather than setting App Background Image to /ui/denim075.png it is instead set to url(/ui/denim075.png)
A similar error can be found for the Sheet/Dialogue Background Image.
