Form freeze OSX take webcam selfie #16

If taking a selfie with camera (not uploading document), the form freezes afterwards and will not advance. Uploading a selfie does not give this issue.

I have tested it. I can't reproduce that bug After taking a selfie with camera, I can go to previous page
