Improve error pages

• [x] Not authorized should prompt a user to log in
  • [ ] After logging in you should be sent back to the page you came from
• [ ] 404 should look good
• [ ] Standard 500should also use the basic template but also have a fallback for when Tera errors
• [ ] Make all errors use this standard error mechanism
