Option to delete solutions #49

Currently, the only way to get rid of the failing solution notification is to fix the solution. It would be nice to be able to delete the solution instead (for example, if it was cheese and fixing it would be non-trivial).

I think these two should be completely independent. You should be able to get rid of the notification without deleting a solution and you should be able to delete a solution even if it is passing.
