Separate buffs from debuffs in tracker #18

Would be really nice to be able to have this in two windows as the list gets very long if you track a decent amount of things. If its too tricky to separate that way, maybe just a clone of the whole thing in a separate window in order to be able to have two manually adjusted windows.
