XITools causing borderless windowed mode to switch to windowed mode #29

When alt-tabbed to another app during game launch or after logging into a different character and switching to the first character the game switches out of borderless windowed mode into a windowed mode. I don't know what else to provide to show some kind of log or anything that could possibly explain why it's doing this.

Can’t confirm this behavior but can confirm weirdness as if it loads with my default.txt it will cause me to fail to login with a weird R0 session. If I load it or unload it manually it does cause my client to freeze up for about 20 seconds before becoming responsive again everytime.

So far I've tried to use Logincmd to unload the addon when I switch to a different character in a hopes to stop it switching the game into windowed mode. It looked promising as I relogged on my main character without it switching, but when I left the moghouse it switched to windowed mode. Same happened when I entered any new zone right after relogging back onto my main character the game would swtich into windowed mode.

Before I put all the blame on this addon I'll do some tests to see if this is an issue caused by a conflict with another addon or plugin.

Edit: Did a test with every other addon and plugin disabled but the outcome is the same. It's only xitools that seems to be causing this to happen. Sadly I can't deal with having to shutdown every time I switch to an alt so I'll have to do without this addon until a fix is found for it. :(
