If you're going for horizon ws changes, shouldn't you edit out the 70 bloodpacts as well? They didnt sc in that era iirc

u rite, i didn't know that. fixed in v0.15

could also help users on non horizon if property changes were commented in + disclaimer that default install is for it btw

(affected ws was Seraph Blade, Raging Axe, Avalanche Axe, Spinning Axe, Decimation, Dark Harvest, Spiral Hell(still unsure if this actully changed, wasnt listed on wiki but noone actully edits that), Skewer, Shining Strike, Seraph Strike, Starburst, Sunburst, Piercing Arrow)
