first set of stellar mass density profiles #74

Lots of great progress---including many bug fixes and handling of corner cases---resulting in the first set of stellar masses within various apertures (10, 30, 100 kpc) and stellar mass density profiles.

The sample is 1000 galaxies (from the paper2 sample) drawn uniformly in halo mass.
