Is there a way to control the video quality?

You can't currently control the video quality, but coming soon ™.

tbh I currently don't like the way quality is implemented in mov-cli at the moment so I'll probably rework it in mov-cli v4.4. For the time being you can use the pytube scraper which I believe should support changing quality with the quality key.
