Nirs freshdesk changes

• Added a _post function for connector
• Added a create ticket function that will be used to create a ticket in Freshdesk (more info here: https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#tickets)

PS: this PR contains also the changes from PR #1025 please let me know if it is not ok and I should rebase the branch based on main rather than my other branch which has another open PR.
