Add Slack Class #624

Data staff at Sunrise are interested in add a new connector class to Parsons to bring in data from Slack's API. We are hoping that this could bring insight into our Slack analytics and therefore the engagement of our base. We are interested in the following data:

Number of total members in the Slack.
The ability to track Slack membership over time.
Number of messages sent per day.
Number of messages sent per day per channel.

Hi @thebbennett I wanted to make sure you knew about the existing, notification-focused Slack connector:

and just for context, the use case by @mkwoods927 that made me remember that we have a Slack connector

I'm not sure what additional functionality will need to be added but this is presumably a great starting point. And we should definitely make the notifications connectors more discoverable!
