add pypika #867

we are now using pypika at TMC and just want to add this to our docker image!

This PR is running our old tests rather than the new tests, I think because your branch is 186 commits behind main (presumably some of those 186 commits include the switchover from CircleCI to Github Actions). This is a very simple change, so can you make it again? Make sure to make the new branch after you've pulled all changes from move-coop/main to your local main branch. When you submit a new PR it should run the new tests (and hopefully won't fail any of them).

(There's a way to redo this with force-pushing etc, without having to start a new PR, but closing this and making a fresh PR off an up to date main branch is probably easier.)
