Add links and animations for project images and names

Summary: This pull request adds clickable links and a shining animation effect to project images, project titles, and other text elements with anchors, making them more interactive and engaging.

• Wrapped project images, project names in tags with project page URLs as href attributes.
• Applied the shining animation effect to all anchor elements, including project names and images on hover.

@Misofser, давай немного изменим эффекты и можно мёржить. Игнорируй мои последние замечания про указатель мышки. Это какой-то локальный баг у меня. Когда браузер на одном из экранов, указатель не меняется 😂
