make a de facto standard tool library of move, and then can be shared on each chain such Starcoin, Sui, Aptos , and then Each chain puts it at the same address 0x2，Starcoin has already done part of it https://github.com/starcoinorg/starcoin-framework-commons,

Motivation

I think it's a good idea to prevent every ecosystem and dapps developer from having to create a lot of new libraries for common use，Reduce duplication of development and ecological incompatibility，and then the project goes under move-language/libs

Pitch

I think Starcoin can donate this project and continue to do the preliminary maintenance. Then we will participate together. Aptos and Sui and Starcoin will allocate some funds from their grant program to sponsor the development of the project

Have you taken a look at https://github.com/pentagonxyz/movemate? I think they are also looking in this direction, and would be great to combine forces here!
