[CI] Update Travis config for Ubuntu Trusty. #44

Could any admins enable Travis at https://travis-ci.org/profile/ros-planning/ (can be done with a single click) and poke me? Thanks in advance.

looks like it is setup (by @davetcoleman) but specifically disabled -- I'm not sure why, maybe he can shed some light on it?

i disabled various jobs that no longer worked (like this one) when Travis didn't support 14.04, but i am happy to turn them on again with PRs like this.

i just turned on moveit_commander again
