Release new indigo version #48

As moveit_msgs have update and the commander connects to an action client using these messages, a user may get:

[ERROR] [1468834515.942496322, 397.185000000]: Client [/move_group] wants topic /move_group/goal to have datatype/md5sum [moveit_msgs/MoveGroupActionGoal/af242119c3633849fe07bc300952a4c0], but our version has [moveit_msgs/MoveGroupActionGoal/df11ac1a643d87b6e6a6fe5af1823709]. Dropping connection

It wasn't this package giving the error specifically, sorry!
