Fixing several issues #111

franka_description and panda_moveit_config have seen a lot of changes recently, breaking this repo in many ways. @PickNikRobotics, I'm wondering whether this repo is still maintained by PickNik as it hasn't seen any new commits since 3 years.

This PR is still a draft as the grasping pipeline doesn't yet support multiple end effector definitions for an arm group (but latest panda_moveit_config defines two...)

It was a strategic decision not to support this repo anymore. Sorry :/

No, this repo is dead. Please use MTC instead.
