Remove dependency on deprecated tip_frame_ variable #26

In allowing kinematic_base to support multiple frames, the variable tip_frame_ is deprecated so its usage is removed from ikfast.

I've just rebuild this PR and it still works (its a very minor change). Can we merge this now?
