Draft: Launch Panda demo with Gazebo (Ignition) #177

This enables running Panda with Gazebo.

Currently, I've only tested this with jammy-humble, I'm still working on Rolling compatibility

Turns out, the latest Rolling sync does not include the required dependencies like ros_gz_sim (they are released, though), Humble and Iron already do. We should hold this PR until all distros are synced.
